Description:
Garnet-red wine made with 65% Corvina Veronese and Corvinone Veronese grapes, 35% Rondinella then aged in Slavonian oak barrels and Allier oak barriques.

Tasting notes:
Scent reminiscing spices and vanilla with hints of plum, bitter almond and cherry. Velvety and warm taste.

Food pairings:
Excellent with game meats, roasts and other meat dishes. To be served at 17-18 ⁰C (to be uncorked an hour before serving).
